Ofer Vilenko

Mr. Vilenko brings over 15 years of experience in real estate investments, including acquisitions, due diligence and asset management.

Mr. Vilenko has held various executive leadership positions focused on private equity, real estate, structured finance and investment banking.

​

Mr. Vilenko handled over 150 acquisitions and dispositions of residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality properties in excess of $1 Bn.

​

Mr. Vilenko leads The Company's investments; Responsible for all aspects of the company's property acquisitions and dispositions process from deal origination through analysis, contract negotiations, due diligence, project financing, asset management and disposition.

In prior notable roles Mr. Vilenko served as Chief Investments Officer for  Gaia Real Estate, a leading NYC private equity real estate investment firm.

Mr. Vilenko is admitted to the NYS Bar.
